Terms of Service

1. Booking & Payment

By booking a session with Ananas Video Studio, you agree to the following financial terms:

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your shooting date.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon delivery of the final video product.
• Subscription Services: Monthly packages are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Unused video credits do not roll over to the next month.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot time are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance will be accommodated without additional fees, subject to availability.
• For outdoor or drone shoots, if weather conditions (rain, high winds) prevent filming, we will reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient time without penalty.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

The relationship between the Studio and the Client regarding intellectual property is governed by the following:

• Client Rights: Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the final video product for its intended purposes (commercial, personal, social media).
• Studio Rights: Ananas Video Studio retains the right to use any footage and final edited videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our archive, website portfolio, and social media channels, unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the shoot.
• Raw Footage: Raw, unedited footage remains the exclusive property of Ananas Video Studio. It is NOT included in standard packages but may be purchased as a separate add-on.

4. Revisions & Delivery

• Standard packages include two (2) rounds of minor revisions to the final edit.
• Major structural changes or additional revision rounds beyond the included sessions will be billed at our standard hourly editing rate.
• Final delivery timelines vary by project but typically range from 3 to 7 business days following the shoot.

5. Liability

Ananas Video Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. While we take every precaution to protect your data and footage, the Studio is not responsible for data loss due to unforeseen technical failures beyond our control.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prachuap Khiri Khan.
