Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Ananas Video Studio (a brand of White Label Adventure CO., Ltd.), we strive to ensure the highest quality of creative production. Because our services involve custom labor, equipment booking, and creative pre-production, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Booking Deposits

  • To secure a production date, a deposit (typically 50% of the total project value) is required.
  • Non-Refundable Nature: This deposit is non-refundable as it covers pre-production costs, administrative planning, and the reservation of our crew and equipment, which prevents us from taking other bookings for that date.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are:
  • More than 48 hours notice: If you reschedule or cancel your shoot more than 48 hours before the start time, your deposit may be applied to a future date (subject to availability) within 90 days.
  • Less than 48 hours notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • No-Show: If the client or their representatives do not show up at the agreed location at the scheduled time, the full deposit is forfeited.

3. Refunds for Service Quality

  • Video production is a creative process. We do not offer full refunds once the production (filming) or post-production (editing) has commenced.
  • Revision Policy: Our standard contracts include 3 rounds of minor revisions to ensure the final product meets the agreed-upon brief.
  • Technical Failure: In the rare event of a total technical failure (e.g., equipment malfunction or corrupted data) where we cannot deliver the service, a full refund or a complimentary reshoot will be offered at the client's discretion.

4. Post-Production and Final Delivery

Once the final "clean" (non-watermarked) files have been delivered to the client and the final invoice has been paid, no refunds will be issued.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by management:
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Any third-party transaction fees (e.g., credit card processing fees) are non-refundable.
