Welcome to Ananas Video Studio. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the video production services provided by White Label Adventure CO., Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws in the Kingdom of Thailand.
2. Services & Booking
Ananas Video Studio provides creative services, including but not limited to filming, video editing, and content creation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or written agreement.
3. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure production dates.
- Final Payment: Must be settled according to the invoice terms before the delivery of final "clean" (non-watermarked) files.
- Tax: Our services are subject to applicable Thai taxes as per White Label Adventure CO., Ltd. registration.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
- Ownership: Upon full and final payment, the client is granted the rights to the final edited video for the agreed-upon usage.
- Raw Footage: Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Ananas Video Studio retains ownership of raw unedited footage.
- Portfolio Right: We reserve the right to use snippets of the completed work for our portfolio and promotional purposes, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled shoot may incur a cancellation fee 50% of booking pricing to cover pre-production costs and lost opportunities.
6. Limitation of Liability
White Label Adventure CO., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any delays caused by third-party platforms or force majeure.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prachuap Khiri Khan.
